Payment methods

You may pay by: credit card, paypal, eupago, and cash on delivery (only for Portugal).

Invoicing Details

You will be asked to enter specific invoicing details when you check out. The system will enter the same details when you make another purchase, but they may be modified at any time. Once you have completed payment, a purchase receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. All prices displayed on the pages of the website and cart include VAT.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries will be made through UPS in the Euro zone.

Deliveries are made within 1/3 working days from the date of your order.

Unless otherwise indicated,there is no shipping costs for European Union and United Kingdom only.

The total cost if nits not the case, are indicated when you check out before your complete your purchase.

These costs are calculated automatically according to the weight, volume of the products purchased and geographical area.

SHIPMENT

You may check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website using the references you receive by e-mail with the shipping notice.

Deliveries are made to the address you indicate. Please also give us a phone number to allow the courier to contact when making delivery.

After two unsuccessful attempts to make delivery, goods will be held at the courier’s warehouse for you to collect.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our products are packaged with the greatest care.

If the package appears to be damaged or broken when you receive it, please write the following sentence on the delivery note, signing it together with the courier:

I accept the parcel (parcels) reserving the right to check the same because it is damaged.

If this happens, please inform us immediately that you have accepted the delivery with reservation.

It the courier refuses to allow you to make this reservation, please reject the delivery. Here again you should inform our Customer Care office immediately.

Customer Service

Our customer service is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 18:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

E-mails and orders received after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays will be dealt with on the following Monday.
